摘　　要：当今中医主要认为抑郁症是由于肝气郁结所致,故而多从肝论治此病。但是,在本病发生、发展的进程中失调的脾胃同样起着关键性的作用。中焦脾胃与抑郁症的发生、发展有着极为密切的关系。脾胃纳运,是气血生化之源泉;胃降脾升,是气机升降的枢纽,其对于机体的情志、精神之活动同样有着极为重要之影响,疾患迁延日久不复都可能进一步发展成为抑郁症。文章从脾胃角度论述其与抑郁症发病的相关性,将郭晓燕主任医师从脾胃论治抑郁症理论进行深入探析,以期对临床、科研有所裨益。Nowadays,traditional Chinese medicine mainly believes that depression is caused by stagnation of liver qi,so the disease is mostly treated from the liver.However,in the process of the occurrence and development of this disease,the imbalance of spleen and stomach also plays a key effect.There is a very close relationship between the middle spleen and stomach Jiao and the occurrence and development of depression.Spleen and stomach are the source of qi and blood;stomach descending and spleen ascending are pivot of qi elevating mechanism,which also have a very important impact on the emotional and spiritual activities of the body.If the disease is prolonged,it may further develop into depression.This paper discussed the correlation between the spleen and stomach and the incidence of depression,and made an in-depth analysis of Professor Guo Xiaoyan’s theory of treating depression from the perspective of spleen and stomach,in order to benefit clinical and scientific research.
