健脾益肾泄浊方联合中药保留灌肠治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察健脾益肾泄浊方联合中药保留灌肠治疗脾肾两虚兼有湿浊型糖尿病肾病(DKD)的临床效果。方法选择安庆市中医医院2018年1月—2021年1月糖尿病专科门诊和住院的DKD患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,2组均予以基础治疗及西医常规治疗,治疗组加用健脾益肾泄浊方联合中药保留灌肠,观察2组治疗前后中医症状积分变化、空腹血糖、血清肌酐、尿素氮、D-二聚体的水平。结果与对照组相比,治疗组在提高临床疗效,改善中医症状积分、实验室指标方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病肾病患者,采用健脾益肾泄浊方联合中药保留灌肠治疗,可明显减轻患者症状,改善患者肾功能等指标,提高临床效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of strengthening spleen and invigorating kidney for dispelling turbidity prescription combined with retention enema of Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy of deficiency of spleen and kidney with dampness turbidity.Methods 60 diabetic nephropathy patients in Anqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2021 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were given basic treatment and conventional western medicine treatment.The treatment group was treated with strengthening spleen and invigorating kidney for dispelling turbidity prescription combined with retention enema of Chinese medicine.The changes of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,fasting blood glucose,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and D-dimer were observed before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and laboratory index(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening spleen and invigorating kidney for dispelling turbidity prescription combined with retention enema of Chinese medicine can significantly reduce the symptoms of patients,improve the renal function and other indicators,and improve the clinical effect.
