毫火针点刺联合中药外涂治疗糠秕孢子菌性毛囊炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察毫火针点刺联合中药外涂治疗糠秕孢子菌性毛囊炎的临床效果。方法将80例确诊为糠秕孢子菌性毛囊炎的患者按照随机分配的原则分为观察组(毫火针联合中药外涂治疗)和对照组(伊曲康唑内服冲击治疗),通过观察2组患者治疗后的总有效率及复发率来阐明毫火针点刺联合中药外涂的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3个月后随访,观察组复发率为10.00%(4/40),低于对照组的22.50%(9/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论毫火针点刺联合中药外涂治疗糠秕孢子菌性毛囊炎的临床效果确切,其低复发率、无内脏毒性,值得临床上广泛运用和推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of filiform fire needle acupuncture combined with external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of pityrosporum folliculitis.Methods Eighty patients diagnosed with pityrosporum folliculitis were divided into observation group(filiform fire needle acupuncture combined with external application of Chinese medicine)and control group(oral shock therapy with itraconazole)according to the principle of random allocation.By observing the total effective rate and the recurrence rate of the two groups of patients after treatment,the clinical effect of filiform fire needle acupuncture combined with external application of Chinese medicine was clarified.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),compared with 80.00%(32/40)of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Followed-up after 3 months,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 10.00%(4/40),which was compared with the control group 22.50%(9/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of pityrosporum folliculitis with filiform fire needle acupuncture combined with external application of Chinese medicine has a definite clinical effect,low recurrence rate and no visceral toxicity,and it is worthy of extensive clinical application and promotion.
