摘　　要：总结我国各时期古籍代表方剂的用法用量,说明《中华人民共和国药典》(简称《中国药典》)中中药用量变化的编撰过程,将《中国药典》与其他国家药典关于药量的编写形式加以比对,考察《中国药典》剂量与实际应用剂量背离的原因。提出要切合临床实际,考虑人体因素、环境因素、处方药味组成等对中药饮片用量的影响,要参考历代处方用量,兼顾不同地域确定剂量,还要参照中医药古籍进一步完善中药用法、用量、服用注意,并写入《临床用药须知》,以促进合理用药。The usage and dosage of representative prescriptions in Chinese ancient books in different periods and the compilation process of drug dosage changes in China Pharmacopoeia were summarized,and the dosage compilation forms of Chinese Pharmacopoeia were compared with those of other countries.The reasons for the deviation between the dosage and the actual application dose in the Pharmacopoeia were investigated.The regulation on the dosage of traditional Chinese medicine should be in line with the clinical reality,taking into account the effects of medicinal factors,human factors,environmental factors,prescription flavor composition,and other factors on the dosage of prepared pieces of traditional Chinese medicine,with reference to the prescription dosage of previous dynasties,taking into account different regions to determine the dose.The usage and dosage of drugs and precautions should be included in the Notes for Clinical Drug Use,so as to better guide the clinic and promote the rational use of drugs.
