摘　　要：罗笑容教授是广东省名中医,从事中医儿科临床70余年,学验俱丰。小儿脏腑娇嫩,形气未充,为稚阴稚阳之体,脾常不足。由此,罗老认为小儿患病多与脾相关,病机多为本虚标实,治疗应注意从脾入手,补虚泻实,健脾的同时不忘运脾,佐以行气消导;土虚木乘,需时时注意柔肝敛肝;用药时善用药对、岭南草药等,疗效卓著。此文通过总结3则验案以介绍罗老的临证经验。Professor Luo Xiaorong is a famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in Guangdong Province,has been engaged in pediatrics clinic of traditional Chinese medicine for more than 70 years,and is full of knowledge and experience.Children’s viscera are delicate and tender,the body structure and vital qi is not full,the yin and yang are immature,and the spleen is often insufficient.Therefrom Professor Luo believes that children’s diseases are mostly related to the spleen,most of the pathogenesis is based on deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.The treatment should be based on the spleen,reinforcing deficiency and reducing excess,strengthening the spleen and activating spleen at the same time,combined with promoting the circulation of qi and promoting digestion to eliminate stagnation.Earth deficiency leading to over-restriction by wood,so paying attention to softening and astringing the liver;when medicating use couplet medicines properly and Lingnan herbs,etc.,which can achieve remarkable results.This article introduced Professor Luo’s clinical experience by summarizing three cases.
