耳穴压豆联合情志调护对关节置换患者术前失眠的护理观察

摘　　要：目的研究耳穴压豆联合情志调护对关节置换患者术前失眠的具体护理效果。方法2018年7月—2020年7月于新余市中医院行关节置换手术且存在术前失眠症状的患者中选取60例,将其随机划分为耳穴压豆组、情志调护组、耳穴压豆联合情志调护组,对3组的护理效果、睡眠率以及PSQI评分指标予以分析。结果耳穴压豆组、情志调护组、耳穴压豆联合情志调护组护理效果总有效率分别为70.00%(14/20)、65.00%(13/20)、90.00%(18/20);PSQI评分(13.89±1.35)分、(14.67±1.89)分、(8.35±1.23)分;睡眠率60.00%(12/20)、55.00%(11/20)、90.00%(18/20),3组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合情志调护可对关节置换患者术前失眠产生较好的护理效果,且有利于提升患者术前睡眠质量,值得在临床护理中推广。Objective To study the specific nursing effect of auricular point pressing combined with emotional nursing for patients with insomnia before joint replacement.Methods From July 2018 to July 2020 in Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,60 patients who underwent joint replacement surgery and had preoperative insomnia were selected,and they were randomly divided into auricular point pressing,emotional care group and combined group.The nursing effect,sleep rate and PSQI score index of the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing effects of the auricular point pressing group,the emotional care group,and combined group was 70.00%(14/20),65.00%(13/20)and 90.00%(18/20),PSQI score(13.89±1.35)points,(14.67±1.89)points and(8.35±1.23)points;sleep rates were 60.00%(12/20),55.00%(11/20),and 90.00%(18/20).The three groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant P(<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressing combined with emotional care can produce better nursing effects for patients with joint replacement insomnia before surgery,and help improve the quality of sleep before surgery,and is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing.
