摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病是一种进行性神经退行性疾病,已成为严重危害老年人健康和生活质量的疾病之一。中医药治疗阿尔茨海默病具有明显的优势,治疗方法全面多样,且疗效满意。此文对阿尔茨海默病的病名、病因病机、辨证分型做了梳理和总结,以期明晰阿尔茨海默病的治疗思路和方法,为临床治疗提供新的借鉴和参考,以进一步提高中医药治疗阿尔茨海默病的效果。Alzheimer disease is a progressive neurodegenerative disease,which has become one of the diseases that seriously endanger the health and quality of life of the elderly.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of Alzheimer disease.The treatment methods are comprehensive and diverse,and the curative effect is satisfactory.In this paper,the name,pathogeny,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of Alzheimer disease were sorted out and summarized,in order to clarify the treatment ideas and methods of Alzheimer disease,provide new reference for clinical treatment,and further improve the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.
