中医辅助治疗房颤的研究现状

摘　　要：房颤是一种常见的心律失常,其发病率随年龄增长逐步增加,给患者带来极大危害。现代医学对房颤治疗主要包括药物和手术治疗,但不良反应多,而相应的中医疗法在房颤治疗和危险因素控制方面多有应用,其在预防房颤射频消融术后复发方面也凸显出独特优势,且不良作用小,易被患者接受。文章就近年来中医辅助治疗房颤的新进展进行概述。Atrial fibrillation is a common arrhythmia,and its incidence increases with age,which brings great harm to patients.The treatment of atrial fibrillation in modern medicine mainly includes drug and surgical treatment,but there are many adverse reactions,and the corresponding traditional Chinese medicine therapy is widely used in the treatment of atrial fibrillation and the control of risk factors.It also shows unique advantages in preventing recurrence after radio frequency ablation of atrial fibrillation,and it has few side effects and is easy to be accepted by patients.This article summarizes the new progress of traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of atrial fibrillation in recent years.
