银质针导热疗法联合拉伸锻炼治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的评价银质针导热疗法联合拉伸锻炼治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月—2021年6月在本医院治疗的膝关节退行变患者60例,按随机数表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者给予银质针导热治疗,研究组在此基础上加用拉伸锻炼治疗。比较两组治疗后1、3、6个月的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、膝关节功能(HSS)评分、临床疗效。结果研究组治疗后3、6个月VAS评分(3.19±1.2)分、(2.29±1.3)分较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.304、-2.913,P<0.05)。研究组治疗后1、3、6个月HSS评分(72.83±5.97)分、(77.00±5.60)分、(84.83±7.71)分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.701、2.891、3.776,P<0.05)。研究组总有效率93.3%高于对照组73.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。结论银质针导热治疗联合拉伸锻炼可显著减轻膝骨关节炎患者疼痛,明显改善膝关节功能,提高治疗有效率。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of silver needle heat conduction therapy combined with stretching exercise in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 60 patients with knee joint degeneration who were treated in the hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected.They were divided into a study group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given heat conduction therapy with silver needles,and the patients in the study group were additionally treated with stretching exercises.The pain visual analog scale(VAS)score,knee joint function(HSS)score at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment,clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores(3.19±1.2)points and(2.29±1.3)points in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 3 and 6 months after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(t=-2.304,-2.913,P<0.05).The HSS scores(72.83±5.97)points,(77.00±5.60)points,and(84.83±7.71)points of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group at 1,3,and 6 months after treatment,and the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(t=3.701,2.891,3.776,P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was 93.3%higher than that in the control group(73.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).Conclusion Silver acupuncture heat conduction therapy combined with stretching exercise can significantly reduce pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis,significantly improve knee joint function,and im⁃prove treatment efficiency.
