分析柴芩清宁胶囊对治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的临床效果

摘　　要：目的评估儿童急性上呼吸道感染应用柴芩清宁胶囊治疗的效果。方法选择江阴市第三人民医院2020年1月—2021年10月期间就诊的80例急性上呼吸道感染患儿,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组应用基础治疗,观察组应用柴芩清宁胶囊治疗,对比两组急性上呼吸道感染患儿的治疗效果。结果观察组患儿退热起效时间(7.15±2.56)h、完全退热时间(23.56±6.65)h、咳嗽消失时间(3.88±0.65)d、鼻塞消失时间(3.11±0.69)d、咽部充血消失时间(3.79±0.58)d均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.474、4.806、4.466、8.356、6.842,P<0.05)。观察组的IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP、PCT均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童急性上呼吸道感染应用柴芩清宁胶囊治疗的效果显著,退热速度快,值得在临床中予以推广使用。Objective To evaluate the effect of Chaiqin Qingning Capsule in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children.Meth⁃ods A total of 80 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection who were treated in Jiangyin Third People's Hospital from January 2020 to Oc⁃tober 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment,and the observation group was given Chaiqin Qingning Capsule.The therapeutic effects of the two groups of chil⁃dren with acute upper respiratory tract infection were compared.Results The onset time of fever reduction in the observation group was(7.15±2.56)h,the complete fever reduction time was(23.56±6.65)h,the cough disappeared time was(3.88±0.65)d,the nasal congestion disappearance time was(3.11±0.69)d,and the disappearance time of partial congestion(3.79±0.58)d was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statis⁃tically significant(t=6.474,4.806,4.466,8.356,6.842,P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,TNF-α,hs-CRP and PCT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate(97.50%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chaiqin Qingning Capsules in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children is effective and has a rapid antipyretic rate,which is worthy of pro⁃motion and use in clinical practice.
