胰头十二指肠切除术联合替吉奥对胰腺癌患者血清MIC-1、REG4水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨胰头十二指肠切除术联合替吉奥治疗胰腺癌患者后对血清巨噬细胞抑制因子-1(MIC-1)与再生基因4(REG4)水平的影响。方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月平度市人民医院接收的92例胰腺癌患者作为研究对象,以治疗模式不同分成常规组和研究组,每组46例。均实行胰头十二指肠切除术治疗,术后两组分别采用吉西他滨辅助治疗、替吉奥辅助治疗,分析治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)、糖类抗原50(CA-50)、糖类抗原125(CA-125)、糖类抗原242(CA-242)、血清MIC-1及REG4水平明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生存质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率2.17%低于常规组17.39%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.434,P<0.05);经随访,研究组生存时间长于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰头十二指肠切除术联合替吉奥辅助化疗治疗胰腺癌患者的效果理想,能有效降低血清MIC-1、REG4指标,并提升生存质量,延长生存时间。Objective To investigate the effect of pancreaticoduodenectomy combined with Sigio on serum MIC-1 and REG4 levels in patients with pancreatic cancer.Methods 92 patients with pancreatic cancer received in Pingdu People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the conventional group and the study group according to different treatment modes,with 46 cases in each group.After pancreaticoduodenectomy,gemcitabine and teggio were used as adjuvant therapy in the two groups respectively,and the treatment effects were analyzed.Results After treatment,the levels of CA19-9,CA50,CA125,CA242,serum MIC-1 and REG4 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference between the two groups was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.17%lower than that in the conventional group 17.39%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.434,P<0.05).After follow-up,the survival time of the study group was longer than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pancreaticoduodenectomy combined with adjuvant chemotherapy of Sigio has an ideal effect in the treatment of patients with pancreatic cancer.It can effectively reduce serum MIC-1 and REG4 indexes,improve the quality of life,and prolong the survival time.
