摘 要:垃圾焚烧是垃圾无害化、减量化的有效手段之一,焚烧工艺产生的飞灰因含有二噁英、重金属离子而被认定为危险废物,需经过固化稳定化后方可填埋处理。本文基于上海某焚烧厂飞灰的化学组分,研究碳酸氢钠溶液喷射系统对飞灰产量、飞灰浸出液的pH值和重金属浸出浓度的影响。研究表明:相比消石灰法,碳酸氢钠溶液喷射系统可有效缩减飞灰产量30%,将飞灰浸出液的pH值从11.88降低至10.25,将铅浸出浓度降低83.14%,碳酸氢钠溶液喷射系统日平均节约飞灰螯合剂的使用量1.5吨,但系统运行的经济性有待提高。Waste incineration is one of the effective means of harmlessness and reduction of waste. Fly ash produced by the incineration process is considered as a hazardous waste because it contains dioxins and heavy metal ions. It must be solidified and stabilized before it can be landfilled. In this paper, based on the chemical composition of fly ash from an incineration plant in Shanghai, the effect of sodium bicarbonate solution injection system on the output of fly ash, the pH value of the fly ash leaching solution and the leaching concentration of heavy metals were studied. Research shows that compared with the slaked lime method, the sodium bicarbonate solution spraying system can effectively reduce the fly ash output by 30 %, reduce the pH of the fly ash extract from 11.88 to 10.25, reduce the lead leaching concentration by 83.14 %, and spray the sodium bicarbonate The system can save an average of 1.5 tons of fly ash chelating agent per day, but the economics of system operation need to be improved.
