摘 要:通过钻井液相关环保法律法规和标准调研,提出了将水基钻井液环境友好性评价项目分为生物毒性、生物降解性、重金属元素含量和石油类含量等4类8项,制定了相应的评价方法和分级技术指标。并以此评价项目和技术指标为指导对现场不同区块、不同类型和不同井段钻井液开展了环境友好性评价,对目前水基钻井液环境友好性有了一定的认识,提出了未来改进的方向。Through the investigation of environmental protection laws, regulations and standards related to drilling fluid, it is proposed to divide the environmental friendliness evaluation items of water-based drilling fluid into 4 categories and 8 items, including biological toxicity, biodegradability, heavy metal content and petroleum content, the evaluation methods and technical indicators are proposed. Based on the recommended standard, the environmental friendliness evaluation of drilling fluid in different blocks, types and wells was conducted under the guidance of the evaluation items and technical indicators. the environmental friendliness of water-based drilling fluid is understood and the improvement direction in the future is put forward.
