摘 要:注水是油田生产过程中保持油层压力、提高油田产量和完善油田开发效果的重要途径。通过分析目前注水系统优化的关键技术,以SL油田一厂注水系统为例,建立了油田注水系统的PIPEPHASE管网模型,对注水系管网的流速、压降、管效、泵效等参数进行评价和优化。研究结果表明,SL油田的大部分注水管网运行效率较高,大部分注水站的站效均在50%以上,均符合站效的节能运行标准。但部分注水泵效率不高,需要对泵进行调课。部分管段流速较快,压降、压降梯度较大。可以采取增设副管或者增大管径以及提升电机效率等措施对注水系统进行优化。Water injection is an important way to maintain formation pressure,improve field production and field development effect during oilfield production.By analyzing the key technologies of current water injection system optimization,the PIPEPHASE pipe network model of oilfield water injection system is established,and the parameters of flow rate,pressure drop,pipe efficiency and pump efficiency of water injection system pipe network are evaluated and optimized,taking the water injection system of SL oilfield plant 1 as an example.The research results show that most of the water injection pipeline networks in SL oilfield operate with high efficiency,and most of the water injection stations have station efficiency above 50%,all of which meet the energy-saving operation standard of station efficiency.However,some of the injection pumps are not highly efficient and require pump tuning classes.The flow rate is faster,pressure drop and pressure drop gradient is larger in some pipe sections.The injection system can be optimized by taking measures such as installing additional sub-pipes or increasing the pipe diameter and improving the motor efficiency.
