摘  要:液液萃取技术作为最常用的生物丁醇提取方法之一,因其设备简单,工艺简捷,生产成本低等优点已引起广泛关注。但受制于生物丁醇浓度低、分离成分复杂等,传统液液萃取存在萃取效果差,萃取剂生物相容性差,萃取剂筛选效率低等问题。为此本文对现有萃取剂的研究进展进行了整理,总结了各自的优缺点。在此基础上,提出了以计算机辅助筛选为一般手段,应用计算机辅助手段寻找适宜的萃取剂,以期解决现有萃取技术存在的难题。Due to the merits of simple equipment,simplified process and low production cost,liquid-liquid extraction technology,as one of the most commonly used bio-butanol separation methods,has drawn great attentions.However,the technology bottlenecks of poor extraction effect,poor biocompatibility and low screening efficiency still exist in the process of traditional liquid-liquid extraction due to the low biobutanol concentration of and the complex separation components within the fermentation broth.To this end,the research progress of the used extractants has been extensively sorted out to summarize their pros and cons.Based on this,a suitable extractant selected with computer aided method is put forward to solve the problems existed in extraction technology.
