摘　　要：现如今,大麻在各个领域的应用正逐年迅速增加,在大麻中含量最高、药用价值最大的大麻素——Δ^(9)-四氢大麻酚(Δ^(9)-THC)与大麻二酚(CBD)因其在临床治疗中的巨大潜力而广为人知。其中,CBD已被一些专家和学者证实其具有消炎、止痛、抗抑郁、抗氧化、抗肿瘤以及保护神经系统等作用,本综述通过归纳总结近些年CBD在临床中一些疾病的应用现状及研究进展,旨在为今后CBD及其相关药物于临床中各系统疾病的治疗中提供新思路。Nowadays,the application of cannabis in various fields is increasing rapidly year by year.The cannabinoid—Δ^(9)-Tetrahydrocannabinol(Δ^(9)-THC)and cannabinol(CBD)are widely known due to their great potential in clinical treatment.Among them,some experts and scholars have confirmed that CBD has anti-inflammatory,analgesic,antidepressant,antioxidant,anti-tumor and neuroprotection effects.In order to provide new ideas for CBD and related drugs in the treatment of various systemic diseases in the clinic in this future,this article summarizes the application status and research progress of CBD in some clinical diseases in recent years.
