摘  要:针对某废纸造纸企业废水水质特性,选取高效稳定的IC厌氧处理工艺、沼气脱硫净化系统、沼气发电机组、余热利用系统等以满足项目运行要求。项目运行后每年预计可减少COD_(Cr)排放7938 t、BOD_(5)排放2124 t和SS排放5700 t;能够解决沼气直排的臭气污染问题,大幅减少H_(2)S的排放,改善厂区周围环境,改善附近居民生活的环境质量;减少剩余污泥对环境的污染和污泥处理费用;年可减少温室气体排放约2.4万tCO_(2)e,年可节约标煤1605.8 t,节能减排效果显著,有助于我国“碳达峰碳中和”目标的实现。本文可为我国造纸行业废水厌氧处理及资源综合利用项目的实施提供参考。Based on the wastewater quality characteristics of waste paper papermaking,the project will select efficient and stable IC anaerobic treatment process,biogas purification system for desulphurization,biogas power generation unit and waste heat utilization system to meet the operation requirements.The project is expected to reduce COD_(Cr)emission of 7938 t,BOD_(5)emission 2124 t and SS emission 5700 t every year after operation.It can deal with the air pollution problem of direct emission of biogas,greatly reduce the emission of H_(2)S,improve the surrounding environment of the factory,and improve the environment quality of the living environment of nearby residents;Reduce the environmental pollution and treatment costs of the remaining sludge;Reduce the emission of greenhouse gases by about 24000 tCO_(2)e,and save 1605.8 t standard coal equivalent every year.The effect of energy saving and emission reduction is remarkable,and it will contribute to the realization of China's goal of"carbon peaking and carbon neutralization".This paper can provide reference for the application of anaerobic wastewater treatment and resource comprehensive utilization project in papermaking industry in China.
