镁铝吸磷剂的吸附性能及应用研究

摘  要:以铝盐、镁盐为原料制备了吸磷剂,通过静态吸附试验研究了不同合成条件、不同配方对除磷效果的影响,筛选出吸附效果最佳的吸磷剂。结果表明:PAM和适当的Fe^(3+)添加能够促进磷的吸附,CO_(3)^(2-)的引入则会降低吸磷效果;吸磷剂的合成条件以粒径60目和焙烧温度350℃为宜。筛选出最佳吸磷剂MAF-P-60m-350°,在投加量为1.8 g·L^(-1)、初始浓度为15 mg·L^(-1)时,对磷的最大吸附量为7.98 mg·g^(-1),磷的去除率可达95.76%。同时应用于农村一体化污水处理设备时,除磷剂吨水处理成本约为0.6元/吨水。Phosphate sorbent was prepared base on aluminum salt and magnesium salt,static adsorption tests were carried out to explore effects of the phosphorus removal effect with different synthetic conditions and formula,selecting the best adsorption effect of phosphate sorbent.The results show that PAM and appropriate Fe^(3+)is able to promote phosphorus adsorption,CO_(3)^(2-)reduce phosphorus adsorption;The suitable synthetic conditions of phosphate sorbent are particle size of 60 mesh and roasting temperature of 350℃.The best phosphate sorbent MAF-P-60m-350 was selected,When the dosage was 1.8 g·L^(-1)and the initial concentration was 15 mg·L^(-1),the maximum amount of adsorption to phosphorus was 7.98 mg·g^(-1),the phosphorus removal rate can be up to 95.76%.When it was applied to rural integrated sewage treatment equipment,the treatment cost of phosphate sorbent for ton of water is about 0.6 yuan.
