摘  要:针对丁基橡胶生产废水组分复杂,难以处理的特点,研究采用水解酸化-好氧-MBR-活性炭的组合生化处理工艺对丁基橡胶生产过程中产生的TBA废水进行处理,结合微生物镜检结果根据活性污泥的状态对工艺运行参数进行调整,并采用GC/MS以及三维荧光分析方法对出水中有机物进行分析。结果表明:组合生化处理工艺对TBA废水具有显著的处理效果,活性炭吸附后出水COD约为100 mg/L,满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB8979-1996)三级标准和工业企业废水氮、磷污染物间接排放限值(DB33/887-2013)。In view of the characteristics that the components of butyl rubber wastewater are complex and difficult to treat,the combined biochemical treatment process of hydrolytic acidification-aerobic-MBR-activated carbon was applied to treat TBA wastewater from the butyl rubber production.And the microscopic examination,GC/MS analysis and three-dimensional fluorescence analysis were employed to analyze the state of activated sludge and organic matter in effluent.The results show that the combined biochemical treatment process has a significant effect on the treatment of TBA wastewater,and the effluent COD after activated carbon adsorption is about 100 mg/L,which meets the third-level standard of“Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard”(GB8979-1996)and the standard of“Indirect Discharge for Emission Limitation of Nitrogen and Phosphorus for Industrial Wastewater”(DB33/887-2013).
