摘 要:通过原子荧光光谱法(AFS)测定水样中痕量砷,研究了硝酸、盐酸、硫酸三种介质酸及其不同酸度分别对试样荧光值、空白荧光值和净值荧光值的影响,通过实验优化,在设定工作条件下,以硝酸为介质酸,酸度为2%(V/V)时,其空白荧光值远低于盐酸和硫酸,且净值荧光值最强,此时是测定待测样品中痕量砷的最佳溶液环境。Trace arsenic in water samples was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS).The effects of three medium acids of nitric acid,hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid and their different acidity on the fluorescence value,blank fluorescence value and net fluorescence value of the samples were studied.Through experimental optimization,under the set working conditions,with nitric acid as medium acid and acidity of 2%(V/V),the blank fluorescence value was much lower than that of hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid,and the net fluorescence value was the strongest,this is the best solution environment for the determination of trace arsenic in the sample to be tested.
