摘　　要：在全球范围内,癌症已经是第二大死亡原因。三叶青为我国特有的珍稀药用植物,现代药理研究表明其具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、保肝、抗炎和提高免疫力等功能。本文对近年来三叶青在抗肿瘤方面的药物有效成分及实验研究进行了综述,并分析其抗肿瘤作用机制,为其在抗肿瘤方面的临床应用及药物开发提供理论参考。Cancer is the second leading cause of death worldwide.As a rare medicinal plant to China,the modern pharmacological studies of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg show that it has the functions of antitumor,anti-virus,liver protection,anti-inflammation and improving immunity.In this paper,the antitumor active ingredients and experimental studies of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg in recent years were summarized,and the antitumor mechanism of which was analyzed in order to provide theoretical reference for the development of antitumor drugs.
