摘 要:本文通过建立标准溶液线性回归方程对离子色谱法检测燃煤电厂脱硫废水中的氟、氯离子进行方法验证,检测结果表明,HNDL、DBS、YNHS电厂脱硫废水氟离子浓度分别为9.804 mg/L、0.292 mg/L、8.843 mg/L,相对标准偏差分别为3.68%、2.77%、1.83%,氯离子浓度分别为4713 mg/L、791 mg/L、215 mg/L,相对标准偏差分别为0.73%、2.15%、1.58%,三个燃煤电厂脱硫废水中氟离子浓度均低于DL/T 997-2020标准规定值30 mg/L,氯离子浓度均低于湿法脱硫系统规定值20000 mg/L,同时对三个典型燃煤电厂脱硫废水水质进行对比分析,并提出控制脱硫废水中的氯离子浓度的相关建议。离子色谱法检测燃煤电厂脱硫废水中的氟、氯离子浓度具有线性范围宽,检测限低等优势,该方法具有普适性。In this paper,a linear regression equation of standard solution was established to verify the method of ion chromatography for the determination of fluorine and chloride ions in desulfurization wastewater from coal-fired power plants.The test results show that the concentration of fluorine ions in desulfurization wastewater from HNDL、DBS、YNHS power plants are 9.804 mg/L,0.292 mg/L and 8.843 mg/L,respectively,and the relative standard deviations were 3.68%,2.77%and 1.83%respectively.Moreover,the concentration of chloride ions were 4713 mg/L,791 mg/L and 215 mg/L,with the relative standard deviations 0.73%,2.15%and 1.58%,respectively.The fluoride ion concentration in the desulfurization wastewater of the three coal-fired power plants is lower than the specified value of 30 mg/L from DL/T 997-2020,and the chloride ion concentration is lower than the specified value of 20000 mg/L from the wet desulfurization system.At the same time,the water quality of the desulfurization wastewater of the three typical coal-fired power plants is compared and analyzed,and relevant suggestions for controlling the chloride ion concentration in the desulfurization wastewater are put forward.Ion chromatography is deemed as a common method,which has the advantages of wide linear range and low detection limit for the determination of fluorine and chloride ions in desulfurization wastewater of coal-fired power plants.
