摘  要:针对HTAFLOW完井液废液中含有大量固相悬浮物和少量原油的特点,通过室内实验探讨了废液处理后回用的可行性。优选了配套絮凝剂HPAM及破乳剂OWT-2,其中絮凝剂的推荐加量为120mg/L;破乳剂推荐加量为300mg/L。实验表明采用“电絮凝—气浮撇油—过滤”与“斜板絮凝—气浮撇油—过滤”两种工艺处理后的回用水固相含量与含油量较低,回用时与HTAFLOW体系各处理剂的配伍性良好。两种方法处理后的回用水与模拟海水1∶1混配后配制的HTAFLOW完井液均达可到标准要求性能。Wasted HTAFLOW completion fluid contains a large amount of solid and a certain amount of crude oil.The feasibility of reuse of wasted HTAFLOW completion fluid is discussed through laboratory experiments.The flocculant HPAM is optimized,and the recommended dosage is 120 mg/L;the demulsifier OWT-2 is optimized,and the recommended dosage is 300 mg/L.The experimental results show that the recycled water treated by“electro flocculation-air flotation-skimming filtration”and“inclined plate flocculation-air flotation-skimming filtration”has low solid content,low oil content and good compatibility with the HTAFLOW treatment agents.The HTAFLOW completion fluid prepared by 1∶1 mixing of recycled water and simulated seawater can meet the standard performance requirements.
