摘　　要：以安徽农村生活污水处理设施排放标准为例,通过调查标准实施后达标情况,确定其实施后与安徽省情方面是否存在的矛盾冲突点。在对存在的问题成因进行分析后,针对性提出因地制宜、因时制宜地提出提高资金使用率、提高工艺科学性、使运行维护有据可依、培训等对策措施建议。以期掌握《农村生活污水处理设施水污染物排放标准》实施的环境效益、经济成本、达标技术和达标率,为下一步修订标准和完善环境管理、持续提升标准的科学性和可操作性提供依据,也为各省相关标准实施提供思路与探索。Taking the discharge standard of rural domestic sewage treatment facilities in Anhui Province as an example,the suitability of the standard was determined and the cause of the problem was analyzed through investigation.It also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as raising fund utilization rate,improving process science,making operation and maintenance based on local conditions,training and so on.With a view to grasping the environmental benefits,economic costs,standard-meeting technologies and standard-meeting rate of the implementation of the standard for the discharge of water pollutants from rural domestic sewage treatment facilities,to revise the standards and improve environmental management,continue to improve the scientific and Operability standards,but also for the implementation of provincial standards to provide ideas and exploration.
