摘　　要：以某套环氧乙烷/乙二醇(EO/EG)装置为例,介绍了目前某主流的工艺路线的EO/EG装置的EO反应单元的核心设备布置及管道设计。重点研究了最重要的两套管系,循环气系统及反应撤热系统的设备布置和管道设计要点。This paper main do research on equipment layout and piping design of the EO reaction unit in an EO/EG plant.The two most important systems of the EO reaction unit are the circle gas system and the reaction heat removal system.The design principles and optimal design of this two systems are mainly studied.
