摘  要:对炼油装置用加热炉两种平台的设计进行对比分析,给出更为合适的平台设计方案及计算方法。简化方箱加热炉平台受力模型,分别对平台边梁和支架梁的选型进行计算和讨论,从而得到平台各横梁选型方法。结合相关文献中计算公式并利用钢结构计算软件计算圆筒形加热炉环形平台曲梁内力,得出较为准确的计算结果,用于环形平台边梁的选型。The design of two platforms of heater for refinery service is compared and analyzed,and a more suitable platform design scheme and calculation method are given.Simplify the stress model of square box type heater platform,calculate and discuss the selection of platform edge beam and support beam respectively,and get the selection method of each beam of the platform.Combined with the calculation formula in the relevant literature and using the steel structure calculation software to calculate the internal force of the circular platform curved beam of the cylindrical heater,the more accurate calculation results are obtained,which can be used for the selection of the edge beam of the circular platform.
