摘 要:采用全谱直读发射光谱法测定植物样品中硼,调整碳粉和硫粉比例改良缓冲剂,使用深孔石墨电极作为激发载体,优化激发条件,确立干扰扣除方式,建立有效地测定植物样品中全硼的方法。方法检出限为0.93 mg/kg,方法精密度3.77%~5.62%,通过生物成分分析标准物质验证,得到满意的结果,方法准确度高、实用高效、环保,可在植物样品的检测工作中起到积极作用。Boron in plant samples was determined by full spectrum direct-read emission spectrometry.An effective method for the determination was established,by adjusting the proportion of carbon powder and sulfur powder to improve the buffer agent,using deep hole graphite electrode as excitation carrier,optimizing the excitation conditions,and having confirmed the interference deduction.The detection limit of this method was 0.93 mg/kg and the precision of the method was 3.77%~5.62%.It was verified by the experimental results of biological certified reference materials.The method has the advantages of high accuracy,practicality,high efficiency and environmental kindness.It can play a positive role in the detection of plant samples.
