摘  要:铜铟镓硒(CIGS)薄膜太阳能电池是一种化合物半导体太阳能电池。设计了一个铜铟镓硒薄膜太阳能电池实验,采用磁控溅射技术制备钼背电极、铜铟镓硒光吸收层和氧化锌窗口层,采用化学水浴法制备硫化镉缓冲层,并对其进行分析讨论。该太阳能电池的制备及分析过程涉及半导体物理学中多个重要知识点,如晶体结构、能带理论、半导体中载流子特点、半导体PN结及半导体的光学性质等内容。通过该课程实验能促进同学们对上述相关知识点的理解,同时了解新能源相关研究进展,激发其科研兴趣,提升教学效果。Copper indium gallium selenium(CIGS)thin film solar cell is a compound semiconductor solar cell.An experiment of CIGS thin film solar cell was designed.Molybdenum back electrode,CIGS absorption layer and ZnO window layer were prepared by magnetron sputtering,and CdS buffer layer was prepared by chemical water bath method.The preparation and analysis of the solar cell involves many important knowledge points in semiconductor physics,such as crystal structure,energy band theory,carrier characteristics in semiconductors,PN junction and optical properties of semiconductors.This course experiment can promote students’understanding of the above related knowledge points,understand the research progress of new energy,stimulate their interest in scientific research and improve the teaching effect.
