摘  要:介绍桔瓣复合纤维的纺丝原理,并基于非剥离型桔瓣复合纤维生产工艺和颜色叠加原理提出一种制备桔瓣复合色纤维的方法,然后进行纤维色彩模拟分析和纺丝验证。结果表明:将三原色理论与桔瓣复合纤维纺丝工艺相结合,不仅能够灵活控制纤维的颜色,还能有效降低有色纤维的生产成本,在工业生产中具有广泛的应用前景。The spinning principle of orange segment composite fibers was introduced,and based on the non-peelable orange segment composite fibers production process and the color superposition principle,a method for preparing orange segment composite color fibers was proposed.And then,the fiber color simulation analysis and spinning verification were carried out.The results showed that,combining the theory of three primary colors with the spinning process of orange segment composite fibers,not only the colors of fibers could be controlled flexibly,but also the production cost of color fibers could be reduced effectively,which had a wide application prospect in industrial production.
