摘 要:为提高涤纶针刺非织造过滤材料的储电性能,先分别对试样进行水洗和异丙酮处理,再对处理后的涤纶针刺非织造材料进行驻极处理,测试材料表面静电势的衰减时间,发现:水洗法及异丙醇法处理的涤纶针刺非织造材料的储电性能均显著提高,且异丙醇法的效果更好。此外,为进一步提高材料的储电性能,将涤纶针刺非织造材料与聚丙烯熔喷非织造材料进行不同方式的复合,并进行异丙醇处理,测试表明复合能进一步提高材料的储电性能,其中采用中间夹层方式得到的复合试样的储电性能最优。To improve the charge storage property of polyester needle-punched nonwoven filtration materials,the samples were treated with water washing and isopropanol soaking respectively,and then the treated samples were electret treated.By measuring the decay time of electrostatic potential on the materials surfaces,it was found that the electric storage performance charge storage property of polyester needle-punched nonwovens treated by water washing and isopropanol treatment was significantly improved,and the effect of isopropanol treatment was better.In addition,in order to further improve the electric storage performance charge storage property of the materials,the polyester needle-punched nonwovens and polypropylene melt-blown nonwovens were compounded with different ways and then treated with isopropanol.The test results showed that compositing could further improve the electric storage performance charge storage property of the material,and the composite sample obtained by intermediate sandwich had the best electrical storage performance charge storage property.
