摘 要:为改善丙纶非织造布在使用中出现的亲水性较差、易产生静电等现象,采用等离子处理机对丙纶非织造布进行改性处理,探究处理时间和处理功率对丙纶非织造布表面形貌、力学性能及亲水性能的影响。研究结果显示:等离子处理后的丙纶非织造布亲水性能均有所改善,且处理功率较处理时间对提高丙纶非织造布的亲水性能更明显;当处理功率为75 W、处理时间为2 min时,丙纶非织造布的断裂强力较处理前的损失较小,半衰期为10.42 s,静态接触角为37°,芯吸时间为600 s时芯吸高度为46 mm,亲水性能表现良好。In order to improve the phenomena of poor hydrophilicity and electrostatic generation of polypropylene nonwovens in use, the polypropylene nonwovens were modified by plasma treatment instrument, and the effects of treatment time and treatment power on the surface morphology, mechanical properties and hydrophilicity of polypropylene nonwovens were investigated. The research results showed that the hydrophilicity of polypropylene nonwovens was improved after plasma treatment, and the treatment power was more obvious than the treatment time to improve the hydrophilicity of polypropylene nonwovens. When the treatment power was 75 W and the treatment time was 2 min, the breaking strength loss of polypropylene nonwovens was smaller than that of polypropylene nonwovens before treatment, the half decay time was 10.42 s, the static contact angle was 37°, and the wicking height was 46 mm when the wicking time was 600 s, and the hydrophilic performance was good.
