摘　　要：随着新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情爆发及流行,综合性教学医院不仅肩负抗击疫情的重大任务,也面临着如何维持正常教学秩序、医疗秩序的艰难挑战。本文围绕四川大学华西医院在抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间进修学员的管理举措做一简介并就突发公共卫生事件中进修学员管理的应急机制建设做出探讨,为医院相关管理者、工作人员合理开展学员管理提供参考。After the occurrence of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),comprehensive teaching hospitals not only shoulder the important task of fighting against the epidemic,but also face the difficult challenge of how to maintain the normal teaching order and medical order.This paper shares the experience of the trainee management during fighting against the coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic in West China Hospital of Sichuan University and discusses emergency mechanism establishment for public health emergencies,in order to provide reference for other hospital managers,academic faculties and trainee affairs managers.
