高校研究生非正式学术社团建设探析

摘　　要：高校研究生非正式学术社团作为研究生学习生活的重要平台,对满足高校研究生多层次发展需求,增强研究生学术发展能力,提升研究生自我管理水平具有重要作用。当前,高校研究生非正式学术社团存在目标性质不清、功能定位不准、管理机制不全等问题,本文试图从高校研究生非正式学术社团的性质、功能及管理机制进行分析,明晰高校研究生非正式学术社团建设路径,为规范运行制度,发挥其功能作用,提供参考。As an important platform for graduate students to study and live,the informal academic association of university graduate students plays an important role in meeting the multi-level development needs of university graduate students,enhancing their academic development ability and improving their self-management level.Informal academic society at present,the college graduate target inaccurate nature is not clear,function orientation,management mechanism not entire problem,this article attempts from the universities graduate students informal nature of the academic community,functions and management mechanism is analyzed,informal academic community construction path clear universities graduate students,to standardize operation system,give play to the role of its function,to provide the reference.
