摘 要:近几年,在新能源大量并网、国内经济增长逐步趋于常态化、电力市场改革的深入以及社会对电能质量要求的提高的背景下,对电网企业的可靠性提出了越来越高的要求,尤其是在直接面向用户的配网层面,配电网作为电力系统的末端环节,其供电可靠性不仅关乎用户的生产生活,也是保障国家经济发展的必要条件。如何在现有配电网供电水平的基础上,进一步完善网架结构、提高可靠性供电能力,是电网的企业职责与使命所在。文章在基于理论分析与实践数据的基础上,提出了配电网可靠性的可行性措施。In recent years, along with renewable power integration, economic slowdown, the reformation of the electric power market and the high demand for the quality of electric energy, the people have higher and higher request for the power system reliability, especially for the distribution network, which is the last part of power system. The reliability of distribution network is not only important for consumer, but also critical for the national economic development. To improve the grid structure and reliability in the basics of present supply level is the mission and duty of power system.This paper put forward some suggestions and measures that improve the reliability of distribution network.
