摘 要:为大力提高配电网故障防御能力,提升配电线路单相接地故障快速处置能力,在运变电站全面推广消弧线圈并低阻接地改造。单相故障接地低阻投入后产生电流较大,对主变低后备、10 kV线路、接地变定值有一定的影响,整定原则发生变化。必须核算10 kV系统原定值能否满足要求,防止低阻投入引起过流保护跳闸。10 kV系统增加零序过流保护跳闸或告警功能,实现单相接地故障后快速隔离故障或准确选线。按照该方法对10 kV系统进行定值整定计算与校核,对电网具有很好的适应性,发生单相接地故障时未出现继电保护误动作现象。彻底解决了以往调度员通过拉线选线,运维单位出动大量人力、物力盲目巡线的难题,提升了配电网故障防御能力。In order to greatly improve the fault prevention ability of distribution network and the rapid disposal ability of single-phase grounding fault of distribution line, the transformation of arc suppression coil parallel low resistance grounding is comprehensively promoted in the substation. After the low resistance is put into operation, the current generated by single-phase grounding fault is large, which has a certain impact on the setting value of main transformer low backup, 10 kV line and grounding transformer, and the setting principle has changed. Whether the original setting value of 10 kV system can meet the requirements must be checked to prevent overcurrent protection tripping caused by low resistance input. The 10 kV system adds zero sequence overcurrent protection tripping or alarm function to realize rapid fault isolation or location and line selection after single-phase grounding fault. This method is used to calculate and check the setting value of 10 k V system, which has good adaptability to the power grid, and there is no misoperation of relay protection in case of single-phase grounding fault. It completely solved the problem that dispatchers used to select lines by pulling wires, and the operation and maintenance unit dispatched a large number of human and material resources to patrol the lines blindly, and improved the fault prevention ability of distribution network.
