摘 要:为提高线损异常检测结果的准确性,基于电能计量设计线损异常自动监测系统。在硬件设计上,设计传输信号反馈电路,实现及时接收异常信号并找到异常来源。在软件设计上,建立通信数据传输管理模式,并在电能计量下构建通信质量评估模型,以信号质量为评估标准,利用k-最近邻算法(k-nearest neighbor, KNN)算法进行信号分类,完成线损异常的自动检测。实验结果表明:设计系统能够及时获取线损异常情况,检测结果的准确率提高了15.86%,能够保持电网运行的可靠性。In order to improve the accuracy of abnormal line loss detection results, an automatic line loss monitoring system is designed based on electric energy measurement. In terms of hardware, the transmission signal feedback circuit is designed to receive the abnormal signal in time and find the abnormal source. In terms of software, the communication data transmission management mode is established, and the communication quality evaluation model is constructed under the power metering. Taking the signal quality as the evaluation standard, the k-nearest neighbor(KNN) algorithm is used for signal classification to complete the automatic detection of line loss anomalies. The experimental results show that the designed system can obtain the abnormal situation of line loss in time, and the accuracy of the detection results is improved by 15.86%, which can maintain the reliability of power grid operation.
