摘  要:硅油作为矿物油潜在的替代品,已经广泛运用在变压器等油浸式电力设备当中。为了研究受潮对硅油浸渍绝缘纸频域介电性能的影响,该文首先通过理论推导提出了一种介电响应测试中电导损耗和极化损耗的分离方法;然后制备了不同水分含量的硅油浸渍绝缘纸样品,对实验结果中的电导损耗和极化损耗进行了分离,并讨论了水分含量对介电响应过程的影响规律;最后通过对数据进行HN(Havriliak-Negami)模型参数辨识,提取了介电特征量与水分含量之间的映射关系。研究结果表明:不同水分含量硅油浸渍绝缘纸极化损耗曲线均存在损耗峰,随水分含量增加,损耗峰的频段逐渐变宽,且向高频方向移动;所提电导损耗和极化损耗分离方法能够显著提高HN模型数据重构精度;介电驰豫强度Δε、积分特征量S、S和水分含量之间满足的函数关系可以为硅油浸渍绝缘纸水分含量评估提供参考。As a potential substitute of mineral oil, silicone oil has been widely used in power equipment such as transformers. In order to study the influence of moisture on the frequency domain spectroscopy of silicone oil impregnated insulation paper, firstly, this paper proposed a method to separate conductance loss and polarization loss in the imaginary part of the complex permittivity by theoretical derivation, prepared silicone oil impregnated insulation paper samples with different moisture contents, and separated the conductivity loss and polarization loss in the test results and analyzed the influence of moisture on dielectric response process. The relationship between dielectric characteristic parameters and moisture content was extracted through the Havriliak-Negami model parameter identification. The results show that there are loss peaks in all polarization loss curves of silicone oil impregnated insulation paper, and as the moisture content increases, the frequency band of the loss peak gradually widens and moves toward the high frequency. The proposed method can significantly improve the data reconstruction accuracy of HN model. The functional relationship of the integral feature quantity Sand S, the dielectric relaxation strength and the moisture content can provide a reference for moisture evaluation of silicone oil impregnated insulation paper.
