摘 要:通过发动机台架实验对比分析进气道喷射汽油机燃用低碳醇(甲醇和乙醇)和高碳醇(正丁醇和正戊醇)在不同掺混比(醇体积分数为10%~30%)和当量比(0.83~1.25)下的燃烧与排放特性。分别在不同掺混比(当量比为1)以及不同当量比(10%掺混比)条件下进行发动机台架实验。研究结果表明:汽油掺混醇类燃料会使燃烧加速,导致燃烧相位提前、燃烧持续时间缩短;与纯汽油相比,汽油-醇混合燃料在稀薄条件下具有更高的制动热效率,其中,戊醇-汽油、乙醇-汽油和甲醇-汽油混合燃料能够较好地抑制HC,CO和NO_(x)的排放。The combustion and emissions characteristics of lower alcohols including methanol and ethanol and higher alcohols including n-butanol and n-pentanol in a port fuel injection gasoline engine with full throttle was compared at various blend ratios(volume fraction of alcohol is 10%-30%)and equivalence ratios(0.83-1.25).The experiment was conducted under stoichiometric condition at various blend ratios and 10%alcohol-gasoline blends at various equivalence ratios,respectively.The results show that adding alcohol into gasoline accelerates combustion,resulting in advanced combustion phasing and reducing combustion duration.Additionally,compared to pure gasoline,alcohol-gasoline blends have a higher brake thermal efficiency in lean conditions.10%pentanolgasoline,ethanol-gasoline and methanol-gasoline blends perform more effectively in suppressing HC,CO and NO_(x) emissions.
