摘　　要：《档案行政处罚程序暂行规定》实施以来,对我国档案主管部门依法治档,提高档案行政职权运行规范化水平起到了重要的指导和规范作用。论文在介绍和评析《档案行政处罚暂行规定》的基础上,阐述其实践价值,为“十四五”期间修订该规定提出建议。Since the implementation of the Interim Provisions on archives administrative punishment procedures,it has played an important role in guiding and standardizing the administrative functions of archives in China.Based on the introduction and analysis of the Interim Provisions on archives administrative punishment.This paper explains its practical value and puts forward some suggestions for revising the regulations during the fourteenth Five-year Plan.
