摘　　要：锦氨针织物弱酸性染料染翠绿色,颜色稳定性差,缸差大,匀染性差,上染率低。采用释酸剂DM2721G调节染浴pH,通过优化弱酸性染料染色工艺,测定染色织物的颜色特征值并比较匀染性。结果表明,始染温度40℃,酸性匀染剂TF-217BA 1.0 g/L,释酸剂DM2721G 0.7 g/L,以1.5℃/min升温至98℃,保温时间30~40 min,翠绿色染色均匀,布面质量稳定。When using weak acid dyes to dye emerald green,nylon/spandex knitted fabrics have the defects of poor color stability,large cylinder difference,poor levelness and low dye uptake.The pH of the dyeing bath is adjusted with acid release agent DM2721G.The dyeing process is optimized,too.The color characteristic val⁃ues of dyed fabrics are measured and the levelness is compared.The optimized dyeing process is the initial dyeing temperature of 40℃,the acid leveling agent TF-217BA of 1.0 g/L,the acid releasing agent DM2721G of 0.7 g/L,the temperature is raised to 98℃at 1.5℃/min,and the holding time is 30-40 min.The emerald green color dyed by this process is uniform and the quality of the cloth surface is stable.
