摘　　要：介绍一种新的喷射染色方法,即绳状织物通过双向喷射进行交变循环完成与染液的上染过程。通过腹板转动角度的变化,改变储布槽中织物的提升和落布容积,提高储布有效空间,并推动织物由后向前移动,减少堆积织物的相互挤压。每一管织物不需要形成布环,省去进布寻找布头、缝接和出布剪断布环等工序。与机械手配套使用可实现自动进出布控制。A new jet dyeing method is introduced.The rope fabric is dyed by alternating cycles of two-way jet.Through the change of the rotation angle of the web,the lifting and falling volumes of the fabric in the storage tank are changed,the effective space of the storage is increased,and the fabric are pushed to move from the back to the front to reduce the mutual extrusion of the stacked fabric.Each tube of fabric does not need to form loops,eliminating the need to search for cloth ends,sew and cut loops.It can be used in conjunction with the manipulator to realize automatic control of cloth feeding and output.
