摘　　要：采用纳米银溶液对锦纶6散纤维进行抗菌整理,优化的锦纶6散纤维载银工艺为:纳米银35 mg/L,浴比1∶20,浸渍温度100℃,浸渍时间20 min。采用优化工艺制备了银质量分数约为700 mg/kg的载银锦纶6散纤维,对大肠埃希菌和金黄葡萄球菌抑菌率在99%以上,经过10次洗涤后抑菌率仍超过90%。The antibacterial finish of nylon 6 bulk fiber is carried out by nano silver solution.The optimal process is nano silver 35 mg/L,bath ratio 1∶20,impregnation temperature 100℃,impregnation time 20 min.The silver loaded nylon 6 bulk fiber with silver content of about 700 mg/kg is prepared by the optimized process.The antibacterial rates against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus are more than 99%,and the antibacterial rate are still more than 90%after 10 times of washing.
