摘　　要：网格化管理理论在社会治理中得到越来越广泛的应用,社区网格化管理为网格内居民提供多元化、精细化、个性化服务,不断提升管理能力和水平,其主要优势是政府能够主动发现,及时处理,将问题解决在居民投诉之前。高校部署推进网格化管理服务体系建设,是在现有的管理体制机制基础上,通过网格化管理将原来各单位主体责任划分得更加细致、更加明确,提升治理体系和治理能力现代化水平。The Grid Management Theory has been more and more widely used in social governance.The main advantage of community grid management is that the government can take initiatives to find and timely deal with the problems ahead of the local complaints,thus ideally reach diversified,refined and personalized services that continuously improved management capabilities and levels.The development of grid management service system in universities based on the existing management mechanism is to modernize system and capacity for governance,through the division of main responsibility of each unit in more detailed,unified and specific ways.
