摘 要:为解决金属切削实验中刀具几何角度修磨设备不足的问题,设计了一种用于实验教学的刀具几何角度修磨综合实验台。该实验台主要包括XY轴传动机构、刀具角度修磨机构以及刀具角度测量机构。刀具通过夹具固定在工作平台上,可进行X轴、Y轴方向运动;利用刀具角度修磨机构对刀具几何角度进行修磨;修磨完成后,将刀具移至刀具角度测量机构处对其角度进行测量,如此往复运动对刀具进行修磨、测量,直至测量结果满足刀具几何角度修磨的具体要求。该实验台能很好地满足对刀具几何角度的修磨需要,其结构简单、稳定性强,提高了修磨效率和修磨精度,具有较好的推广应用价值。In order to solve the shortage of tool geometric angle grinding equipment in metal cutting experiment,this paper designs a tool geometric angle grinding experimental platform for experimental teaching.The experimental platform mainly includes XY axis motion mechanism,multi angle grinding mechanism and tool geometric angle measuring instrument.The cutter is fixed on the working platform through the fixture,and can move in X and Y axis direction.The multi angle grinding mechanism is used to grind the geometric angle of the cutter.After finishing grinding,the tool moves to the tool geometric angle measuring instrument to measure its angle.In this way,the tool is grinded and measured until the measurement results meet the requirements of specific tool geometric angle grinding.The experimental platform can meet the grinding work of cutter geometric angle,and has simple structure and strong stability.The efficiency and precision of grinding are improved,thus has good value for extension and application.
