摘  要:由于数字示波器通道数较少,其在多通道测试领域应用时需要手动更换探头位置,操作烦琐且很难实现自动化测试。针对此问题,提出了一种基于矩阵开关开发的示波器分时复用系统。该系统以微控制器和继电器为核心,结合按键等外围电路,可通过手动或程控实现通道切换。实验表明,将矩阵开关用于示波器通道切换,可实现示波器通道的分时复用,使示波器能够应用于多通道信号的采集观测以及自动化测试项目。Due to the small number of channels of digital oscilloscope,it is necessary to change the position of probes manually in the field of multi-channel testing,which is cumbersome and difficult to realize automatic testing.In order to solve this problem,an oscilloscope timesharing multiplexing system based on matrix switch is proposed.The system takes the microcontroller and relay as the core,and combines the peripheral circuit such as keys to realize channel switching by manual or program control.The experiment shows that the matrix switch can be used to select the channel of oscilloscope in different time,so that the oscilloscope can be used in the acquisition and observation of multi-channel signals and automatic test items.
