摘　　要：为明确当前煤矿传送设备健康状态,确保矿井采集现场安全作业,设计一个基于数据挖掘的煤矿传送设备故障点定位系统。系统硬件中设计了CAN总线编码器与通信总站2个部分,使用HD7279作为键盘与电磁锁的操控芯片,以控制继电器作为煤矿传送设备的通信总站锁控机构,利用光电耦合隔离、交叉布线等增强系统硬件抗干扰性;系统软件使用Visual Basic和C语言编写,包含故障诊断、中断、显示和通信4个板块,采用数据挖掘技术中多种群遗传算法编码故障电流,创建系统开关函数与适应度函数,将训练后的故障数据输入到系统中,输出煤矿传送设备故障点定位结果。实验结果表明,所建系统具备极强的处理能力,且故障点的定位速度较快、正确率较高。In order to clarify the current health status of coal mine transmission equipment and ensure the safe operation of coal mine collection site,a fault location system of coal mine transmission equipment based on data mining is designed.The system’s hardware has two parts:CAN bus encoder and communication master station are designed,and HD7279 is used as the control chip of keyboard and electromagnetic lock,control relay is used as the locking mechanism of communication master station of coal mine transmission equipment,and photoelectric coupling isolation and cross wiring are used to enhance the anti-interference of system hardware;The system software is written in Visual Basic and C language,including order of fault diagnosis,interruption,display and communication.The multi population genetic algorithm in data mining technology is used to encode the fault current,create the system switching function and fitness function,input the trained fault data into the system,and output the fault location results of coal mine transmission equipment.The experimental results show that the system has strong processing ability,fast fault location speed and high accuracy.
