自拟益气养阴化瘀汤联合单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗慢性稳定型心绞痛(气阴两虚夹瘀型)患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟益气养阴化瘀汤联合单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗稳定型心绞痛(气阴两虚夹瘀型)患者的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月该院收治的90例气阴两虚夹瘀型慢性稳定型心绞痛患者进行前瞻性研究,按照抽签法分为观察组与对照组各45例。对照组给予单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予自拟益气养阴化瘀汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、心绞痛发作情况和血脂代谢指标[血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.11%,明显高于对照组的75.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组心绞痛每周发作次数均少于治疗前,且观察组少于对照组,两组每次发作持续时间均短于治疗前,且观察组短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟益气养阴化瘀汤联合单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗慢性稳定型心绞痛(气阴两虚夹瘀型)患者可提高治疗总有效率,减少每周发作次数,缩短每次发作持续时间,以及降低血脂代谢指标水平,效果优于单纯单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗。Objective:To observe effects of self-made Yiqi Yangyin Huayu decoction combined with Isosorbide mononitrate tablets in treatment of patients with chronic stable angina pectoris(Qi and Yin deficiency combined with blood stasis type).Methods:90 patients with chronic stable angina pectoris of qi and Yin deficiency combined with stasis type who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected for the prospective study,and were divided into observation group and control group according to lottery method,45 cases in each.The control group was treated with Isosorbide mononitrate tablets,while the observation group was treated with self-made Yiqi Yangyin Huayu decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the angina pectoris attacks,and the blood lipid metabolism indexes[serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)]levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 75.56%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the weekly number of angina pectoris attacks in the two groups was less than that before the treatment,that of the observation group was less than those of the control group,and the duration of each attack in the two groups was shorer than those before the treatment,that of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Self-made Yiqi Yangyin Huayu decoction combined with Isosorbide mononitrate tablets in the treatment of the patients with chronic stable angina(Qi-yin deficiency combined with blood stasis type)can improve the total
