乳管镜冲洗术与乳安片治疗乳腺增生患者的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较乳管镜冲洗术与乳安片治疗乳腺增生患者的效果。方法:选取2020年6月至2021年11月该院收治的80例乳腺增生患者进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组口服乳安片治疗,观察组予以乳管镜冲洗术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、乳房超声指标(乳腺腺体层厚度、输乳管内径及肿块直径)水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%(36/40),高于对照组的65.00%(26/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组乳腺腺体层厚度、输乳管内径和肿块直径均小于治疗前,且观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乳管镜冲洗术治疗乳腺增生患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低疼痛评分和乳房超声指标水平,效果优于乳安片治疗。Objective:To compare effects of ductoscopic irrigation and Ruan tablets in treatment of patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland.Methods:80 patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland who were admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to November 2021 were selected for the prospective study and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ruan tablets orally,while the observation group was treated with ductoscopic irrigation.The clinical efficacy,the pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score and the breast ultrasound indicator levels(breast gland layer thickness,inner diameter of lactiferous duct and mass diameter)before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%(36/40),which was higher than 65.00%(26/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the breast gland layer thickness,the inner diameter of lactiferous duct and the mass diameter in both groups were lower than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Ductoscopic irrigation in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland can improve the total effective rate of treatment,and reduce the pain score and the breast ultrasound indicator levels.Moreover,it is superior to Ruan tablets.
