摘　　要：本文针对近年来客运车辆交通事故频发、多次危及人民群众生命财产安全、驾驶人交通安全精准化宣传教育收效甚微等问题,采用数据分析、在线调研、经验归纳等研究方法,结合浙江杭州市客运车辆有关事故数据,全面梳理客运车辆驾驶人交通事故特征及突出违法风险点,对群体精准宣教内容、渠道、效果评估进行深入研究,尝试搭建一套客运车辆驾驶人交通安全精准化宣传教育的路径及方法,解决了客运车辆驾驶人宣教内容针对性不强、渠道单一、宣教效果不佳等实际问题,为切实减少客运车辆交通事故、保障社会人员流动与经济发展提供工作思路与建议。In recent years,passenger vehicle traffic accidents have occurred frequently,and have endangered the safety of people's lives and property.At the same time,the effect of accurate publicity and education on passenger vehicle drivers'traffic safety needs to be strengthened.In view of the above problems,this paper adopts research methods such as data analysis,online research,experience induction,combined with the relevant accident data of passenger vehicles in Hangzhou,comprehensively combs the characteristics of passenger vehicle drivers'traffic accidents and highlights the illegal risk points,makes an in-depth study on the content,channels and effect evaluation of group accurate publicity and education.This paper tries to build a set of paths and methods for accurate publicity and education of passenger vehicle drivers'traffic safety.It solves the problems of weak pertinence,single channel and low effect of publicity and education for passenger vehicle drivers,and provides working ideas and suggestions for effectively reducing passenger vehicle traffic accidents and ensuring social mobility and economic development.
