摘  要:计算10 kV分线的同期线损要求联络线路关口具有双向电能计量装置,针对目前大部分10 kV户外在运环网柜缺少计量装置、增加计量柜成本高和施工周期长的现状,提出了由非传统电压传感器、电流互感器和低压表计等部件组成的新型高压电能计量技术方案,详述了电压传感器和电流互感器的设计原理与温度试验结果,应用表明装置在使用温度范围内具有较宽的测量范围和较高的精度,可满足关口计量与线损计算的精度要求和快速安装需求。The calculation of synchronous line loss of 10 kV partial line requires the contact line pass to have two-way electricity power metering device.In view of the current situation that most 10 kV outdoor transportation ring network cabinets lack metering device,high cost of increasing metering cabinets and long construction cycle,a new high voltage electricity power metering technology scheme composed of non-traditional voltage sensor,current transformer and low voltage meter and other parts is put forward.It expatiates the design principle and temperature test results of voltage sensor and current transformer.The application shows that the device has the wider measurement range and the higher accuracy in the use temperature range,which can meet the accuracy requirements and rapid installation requirements of pass measurement and line loss calculation.
